FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Crystal Jones
Crystal built her career across some of the UK's most respected developers — including Berkeley Group, Crest Nicholson, and L&Q — before founding D2 Projects in 2019. An Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB), she has held executive-level technical leadership roles overseeing design, compliance, and delivery on complex residential and mixed-use schemes. She brings a rare combination of hands-on project delivery experience and senior governance expertise to every engagement.

Acting as a trusted extension of your team on the ground. Whether you’re an asset owner, investor, or developer, D2 Projects serves as your dedicated representative — attending site meetings, managing contractors, and providing clear reporting so you always know exactly where your project stands.
Project & Cost Management
End-to-end oversight from feasibility through completion. We track budgets, manage cost reporting, review contractor claims, and control change orders — giving clients full financial visibility across the life of the project. Development and technical management budgets managed to date: $3.5-5.5M CAD.
Planning, Development & Pre-Construction
Early-stage strategy, contractor procurement, risk assessment, and schedule development to set projects up for success. We lead due diligence on sites, developers, and delivery teams — ensuring the right contracts, the right partners, and a realistic programme before ground is broken.

Expert guidance on building and fire safety compliance. Design reviews, fire strategies, remediation oversight and regulator-ready outcomes.
